Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Affiliate Account Coordinator to join our team. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams and be an active contributor to our business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Help improving our affiliate program flow
  • Identify, recruit and manage affiliates who can drive revenue growth
  • Actively analyse current affiliates and optimize driven sales together with them
  • Build creative newsletters to inform affiliates of our new features & tools, updates etc.
  • Manage affiliates’ technical implementation and help increase their sales
  • Work with affiliates to troubleshoot product buy-link and other technical issues
  • Handle feedback from affiliates with Customer Support & Sales
  • Audit affiliate competitor programs regularly
  • Measure and report affiliate sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Qualifications: mid/senior level (+5 years)
  • Passionate about delivering excellent results
  • Desire to learn and grow your professional skills
  • Performance-driven and client-oriented mindset
  • Owning your tasks from start to delivery
  • Reliability to work independently and collaborate with teams
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Good MS office skills
  • Previous experience in Sales or Marketing is a plus
